Diploma in Purchasing and Supply:

Blas Pascal University offers this diploma program, which aims to teach the most up-to-date professional methodology and theoretical and practical tools for designing and implementing a Strategic Procurement Plan, coordinating it, and ensuring its successful implementation. The program is aimed at Procurement managers, employees in regular contact with suppliers, those working in Supply Chain, and public sector buyers. The program is online. Postgraduate Course in Logistics and Supply Chain:

This 7-month UADE course, plus a final comprehensive project, consists of weekly synchronous 3-hour classes and offers fundamental concepts of the supply chain functions and their interrelationships. It is intended for graduates and those with proven work experience who hold positions of responsibility within the areas of Supply Chain , Logistics, Procurement, Strategic and Operational Planning, Purchasing, Distribution, and Marketing. This training from the National Technological University covers eLogistics processes to understand and efficiently manage the logistics operations of a company that sells online. Inventory Management and Control Workshop:

Provides inventory management professionals with tools to support and implement stock- related decisions focused on generating added value for the function. Five live classes per week. Starts April 17. More info

 

Introduction to Production Planning and Control:

This course covers the various industrial methodologies for production planning and control, originally developed by the Japanese automotive industry and adopted worldwide. Its main topics include the construction and forecasting of sales plans, production capacity plans, material requirements plans, and supply orders. It is intended for individuals with experience in PCP who wish to incorporate new concepts on the subject, those in procurement and inventory control, production planning and/or control positions, those in other supply chain positions who wish to incorporate PCP concepts, and newly graduated professionals seeking an introduction to the subject.
